Hi, Having to create your 3D model in Incendia, it is necessary to rework it with Meshlab [link]
When you create your mesh in "Volumetric render" you must select "Fill Hollow Baseshapes" render it 15 minutes (no more) and save it as .STL
Now open it in Meshlab, You must applie the following filter :
select -Filters select -Smoothing,Fairing and Deformation applie -Laplacian smooth (Smoothing steps 1) do it anytime you need to obtain the best result
Be carreful filters can be destructive for some thin shape
Save your shape in meshlab and import it in Blender, C4D, or any render engine you use
